Description :
The subject of a small -scale public contract is to make project documentation, performance of engineering activities, author's supervision and OSH coordinator in the preparation of the construction of the "reconstruction of the regional authority building - the replacement of the roof cladding".Selected buildings of the regional authority in accordance with the improvement of energy parameters and with the assumption of installation of photovoltaic panels on all these selected roofs. Another part is the design design of 2 skylights of the F building. Within the project preparation, the designer must provide all documents andactions necessary for the proper and safe course of the realization of the relevant construction, including ensuring the compliance of the construction with the documentation prepared on the basis of the terms and conditions that are part of the tender documentation.Documents:
a) static assessment of roof structures with regard to the planned location of photovoltaic panels, processed by ATRIS, s.r.o. In April 2023,
b) reconstruction of the building of the language school for the needs of the Regional Council, elaborated by the Hutni project Ostrava, a.s. in August 2008,
c) buildingModifications of the building "F", prepared by the Hutni project Ostrava, a.s. in December 2004.
