Description:
The subject of the public contract is to draw up the project documentation for issuing the authorization of the intention and for the construction of the construction (hereinafter referred to as the "PD"), including the performance of a detailed geotechnical survey (hereinafter referred to as the "GTP") to the extent necessary for the construction. After elaboration of PD, subsequent approval and takeover of PD The customer will ensure the authorization of the project (consent/decision to substantiate the legal force) at the building authority for construction according to the project documentation. At the same time it is subject to performance of the supervisor of the designer (hereinafter referred to as "DP") in the implementation of the construction of selected elements of the plan of common facilities after completed land Adjustments in cadastral area. Prestavlky near Přerov and k.u. Stara Ves near Přerov. For the entire subject of performance, two contracts for work will be concluded with the selected supplier, namely the contract for work for the preparation of PD, including the design of a detailed GTP and a contract for work for DP.
