- The subject of the public contract is to prepare project documentation for building permit, for the construction, including a detailed solution, event: "apartment building - Teplice nad Metuji", incl. expressing networks and concerned bodies and elaboration of itemized budget and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a direct bill of quantities.
The aim of the project is to carry out extensive reconstruction, which corresponds to current needs and brings a new residential area with rental apartments and ordinary Houses designed to reflect the country's lifestyle as much as possible. Special emphasis is placed on the use of the proximity of the significant natural monument of Teplice rock as a natural environment for residents. The proposed area will consist of two existing buildings. From a housing object and which will offer Modern rental apartments A from building B, which includes mesonet apartments. The main idea and the overall concept of the study is to connect with the genius loci, ie the spirit of the place and the effort to respect the original elements of the premises. Existing farm buildings around the courtyard will be integrated into a new plan to create Harmonic symbiosis between history and modern lifestyle.
The total estimated realization investment costs are about CZK 100 million without VAT.
