- The subject of the performance is the development of project documentation for the building permit, for the execution of the construction, including a detailed solution, in the scope of normally separately entered project documentation for interiors and equipment (including technical documentation), action: "Extension and reconstruction of the Chrudim sports hall, II. and III.stage", incl. statement of network administrators and concerned authorities and preparation of itemized budget and list of construction works, supplies and services with address statement of dimensions. Part of the work also includes the execution of preparatory work for the project, such as geodetic surveying, elevation survey, topography, development of engineering geologicaland hydrogeological survey, radon survey, dendrological survey and inventory of trees and related shrub stands, solution of necessary connections and re-laying of utility networks, incl. possible on-site substations (according to necessity and the statement of the distributor). Then a construction technical licensem, incl. adjacent and affected parts of Michalske park and traffic solutions at rest, incl. paved areas and parking on the adjacent side in Opletalova Street and solutions for adjacent sidewalks in Sladkovskeho Street and Tyrลกov nam. Part of the work also includes the provision of necessary probes for floors, walls, roofs and foundationsm, including evaluation and incorporation into project documentation. Part of the subject of the work is also ensuring the activity of copyright supervision. The total estimated investment costs amount to CZK 314 million excluding VAT.
