Description:
The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for joint zoning and construction management and project documentation for the implementation of the construction and awarding of the public contract "Complex renovation of the gynecological-obstetrics clinic"; including the execution of accompanying engineering activities related to safeguardsby cutting and carrying out surveys and obtaining a building permit.
Individual project documentation will be processed in the scope and breakdown according to decree
no. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended.
The fulfillment of the subject of the public contract will be divided into the following performance phases:
1. Processing of documentsualization of the architectural study for the construction and reconstruction of the affected parts of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic (GPK) of the Bulovka University Hospital;
2. Project documentation in the scope for issuing a joint zoning decision (DUR) and building permit (DSP), including all necessary engineering activities;
3.Project documentation for the selection of a contractor (DPS) in details for the execution of the construction, including the list of works and in accordance with Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., Decree on determining the scope of documentation for public contracts for construction works and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions ;
4.Executive Authorsupervision related to the implementation of the building "Complex renovation of the gynecological-obstetrics clinic",
5.Participation in the procurement process for the contractor of the construction "Complex renovation of the gynecological-obstetrics clinic"
6.Engineering activities.
