Description: This is a public service contract. The subject of performance of this public contract is the processing of project documentation on the implementation of the project "completion of the northern part of the MFA and reconstruction of the cooling and air conditioning system" in the range: (a) project documentation for territorial decisions, including the exercise of investors' engineering activities in the extent of ensuring the expression of any concerned authorities to issue a territorial decision for building (hereinafter referred to as "DUST");
(b) project documentation for building permits, including the exercise of investor-engineering activities in the extent of ensuring the expression of any concerned authorities for the issuing authorization for the building;
(c) documentation for the construction of construction, the project documentation shall include a budget and a statement of construction, synergy in the selection of the implementation contractor;
