• Description:
• The subject of the small-scale public contract is the implementation of project documentation in the scope of construction/plan permission (DPZ) and construction implementation (DPS), including itemized budget, statement of measurements, engineering activities, ensuring all actions for the issuance of a permit building "Clothing rooms and facilities for the football club SK Vizovice". Part of the public contract also includes the supervision of the designer during the implementation of construction works. The client requires that the proposed solution enables the achievement of the energy class A of the building in accordance with the applicable law legislation, if the technical and operational conditions of the proposed facility allow it. The documentation will contain: • 1st floor solution (2x changing rooms for athletes, changing room for coaches, dressing room for referees, clubhouse, technical and hygienic facilities) • 2nd floor solution (4x changing rooms for athletes, room for householders, technical and hygienic facilities, terrace) • Refurbishment of the shelter - outdoor seating including storage areas • Paved areas • Retention tank • Possible re-routing of utility networks • Discussions with the relevant authorities to ensure positive opinions • Provision of relevant permits • Statement of dimensions and construction budget CPV subject: Architectural, construction, technical and inspection services
