Description:
The subject of the public contract is the professional administration of subsidy projects financed by the IROP, NPO, REACT-EU and other programs. Specifically, the following activities will be carried out in particular within the scope of the VZMR in question: a) processing of feasibility studies, applications for consent opinions and documents; b) preparation and completion of grant applications, including all mandatory attachments and their submission; c) uploading orders to the VZ module as part of the subsidy program; d) communication with the subsidy provider and supervision of project implementation; e) processing of payment requests and control of budget utilization; f) processing of monitoring reports and reports on project implementation; g) preparation of change procedures during implementation; h) continuous answering of the client's questions and informing about the status of the project; i) regular inspection of newly listed subsidized projects (titles) suitable for co-financing the contracting authority's activities and submission of quarterly reports on new projects to the contracting authority.
