- Professional consulting services in the field of IT development for the project Automated system for the management of information models of buildings in the capital city of Prague (ASIMS)
Description of the contract: Consulting and advisory services will be provided mainly for the following areas - preparation of documents for the procurement procedure for the selection of the innovation partner-prepared management on the innovation partnership; -preparation and evaluation of functional requirements of users; -consultation in the analysis, design and development of ASIMS from a methodological point of view; -consultation in the analysis, design and development of ASIMS in terms of asset management processes; -consultations in the analysis, design and development of ASIMS in terms of system and technological solutions; -consultation in monitoring and evaluating the outputs of the stages of the innovation project. Consultations will be implemented through the participation of the selected supplier in negotiations, consultations with target users, control days, presentations and other events related to the implementation of the innovative project Automated System for Management of Information Models of Buildings of the Capital City of Prague (ASIMS) and in the form of preparation of opinions, comments, evaluations, or other written documents according to the needs of the contracting authority.
