Description:
The subject of the concession is the production and sale of the so-called official sets of circulating coins of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "SOM") by the concessionaire. SOMs issued in normal quality usually contain (the exception may be, in particular, the time discrepancy between the issue of the coin and the completion of the set) coins of all denominations
valid coins of the Czech Republiccoins (i.e. also coins of nominal values and vintages that are not produced in a given year for the purpose of ensuring normal cash payment systems). Top
quality coins are produced only for SOM. The production of sets means the complete technical preparation of the coinage
(including ensuring the production of the necessary cuttings inclethnic material) and the minting of circulating coins of the Czech Republic and their assembly into packaging by the concessionaire. The sale of sets means the sale of SOM
in the name and on the account of the concessionaire, with the fact that from the point of view of issue, the issuer of the included coins
ČNB according to Act No. 6/1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amendedregulations.
