- The subject of the public order is the supply of 2 new electric vehicles of category N1 (trucks smaller than 2.5t) including accessories, manufactured in 2023 and newer, homologated and technically qualified in accordance with Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on land communications and on changes to the lawon No. 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by vehicle operation and on the amendment of some related laws (Act on Liability Insurance from Vehicle Operation), as amended by Act No. 307/1999 Coll., as amended. More detailed technical conditions and specifications of the subject of the public contract are givenin Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
