• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of the Regeneration Program of the Municipal Monument Zone of Frýdek and the Program of Regeneration of the Municipal Monument Zone of Místek, updated for the years 2027-2031. The regeneration program of the Municipal Monument Zone of Frýdek and the Municipal Monument Zone of Místek is the strategy of regeneration plans in the territory of the Municipal Monument Zone of Frýdek and the Municipal Monument Zone of Místek (hereafter MPZ) in the time horizon 2027-2031. The town of Frýdek-Místek has been applying for active participation in the Program for the Regeneration of Municipal Monuments for a long time reservations and urban conservation zones. The condition for drawing subsidies from the Ministry of Culture for the repair of objects in the MPZ is a developed and approved Regeneration Program according to Resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 209 of March 25, 1992 and the Principles of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic for the use and allocation of state financial support in the Program for the regeneration of urban heritage reserves and heritage zones. The motivation, as in previous periods, is the possibility of improving the condition of the buildings, restoring the historical environment and supporting it, possibly in the future participation in the competition for the Award for the best preparation and implementation of the regeneration program. The regeneration program will help to further develop Frýdek-Místek, to increase the city's attractiveness by restoring the cultural values ​​of both historic cores, which were declared in 1992 monument zones, will enable the preservation of cultural heritage and a wider presentation of the city within the tourism industry.
