- The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the revitalization of the greenhouse area of ββthe Flora Olomouc Exhibition Center in Smetanovy sady in Olomouc. These are:
β’reconstruction of a large palm greenhouse
β’demolition of adjoining collection greenhouses
β’construction of a new collection greenhouse
β’interier solution of greenhouse expositions
The project documentation must be based on the basic idea study, prepared by the company Atelier KrejΔiΕikovi, s.r.o., P. BezruΔe 182, 691 42 Valtice, IΔ 052 91 895. This study forms an integral part of the tender documentation.
Part of the developed project documentce for the implementation of the construction, a detailed description of the method of preservation and care of all botanical and collection items placed in all objects of the greenhouses during the implementation must also be drawn up. All these activities must also be included in the itemized budget and statement of measurements.
UniversityAll the objects in question are located in the area of ββthe cultural monument "Park Smetanovy sady", registered under the register. No. USKP 10570/9-2 Smetana sets. The object of the large palm greenhouse is part of this area and is registered as a separate object No. 1000120794-0006.
