Description: The subject of the public contract is the development of a study and project documentation and the performance of the author's supervision for the construction of about 230 housing units of various types of [Cooperative housing for young (approx. 220 apartments) and municipal rental apartments (about 10 apartments)) on land in the block bounded by Křenová streets , Directories and mills in the Urban part of Brno-center (land of former wood requirements). According to the current zoning plan, SJ with IPP is 2.5-3.5. Part of the land is reserved for areas of roads and spaces of local importance - Corridor of future new city classes. Under the surface, it leads the turbulent petting. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the elaboration of documentation of smoking work of existing buildings.
