- Description:
- The subject of the performance is the development of project documentation and related engineering work on the addition of the ZZS PK Plzeň Bory building. The intention is to create an administrative floor for the entire ZZS PK. Project work and related activities will be carried out in to the extent necessary to obtain all valid permits, decisions, opinions and statements required for construction permits (DSP). The contractor will further process the project documentation for the selection of the contractor and construction implementation (DPS) according to the requirements stated in contract for the work and clarification in Annex No. 1 of the contract for the work. The exact scope of the work, technical specifications, parameters and other requirements of the contracting authority are listed in Appendix No. 1 of the contract for the work and volume study, which is attached to this Tender documentation. Basic estimated value of the public contract: CZK 3,636,000 without VAT. Estimated value of the reserved change of obligation according to § 100, paragraph 1 ZZVZ: CZK 363,600 without VAT.
