• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is: a) processing of the construction-technical survey, engineering-geological survey, hydrological survey, radon survey and surveying of the existing building for the construction of a new kindergarten building (hereinafter referred to as "Stage 1"), for reconstruction of the existing elementary school building and public spaces adjacent to Pratecká Street (hereinafter referred to as "Stage 2"), for the removal of the existing municipal office building and the addition of a new wing of the elementary school including its vestibule (hereinafter referred to as "Stage 3"), and for modifications to the surroundings (hereinafter referred to as "Stage 4"), (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Stages" or individually "Stage"); b) processing of documentation for a building permit according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and implementing legal regulations to this Act (hereinafter referred to as "construction permit documentation") for Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4; c) processing of documentation for building construction in accordance with the Construction Act and the implementing legal regulations to this Act, which will be used for tendering management of a public contract for the selection of a construction contractor in the sense of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Awarding of Public Contracts") and implementing legal regulations to this Act, including processing the awarded and non-awarded list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions (hereinafter referred to as "construction execution documentation") for Stage 1; d) elaboration of the project of the interior of the building, which will be used for...
