Description:
The subject of this small -scale public contract for services awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, in The valid wording (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") is the elaboration of project documentation based on the proposal of the solution concept according to Annex 1. The project concerns the extension a Extension of the existing building No. 526 on the corner of Masarykova streets and 17 November in Roztoky near Prague, to parc. No. 1270, c. The aim of the contracting authority is to expand the existing building with an area of 816.19 m2 of the floor area with another 5 new surgeries with facilities for doctors and include in the project I barrier -free approaches. The division of the existing building with subsequent extension should look like: 1 NP existing pharmacy 118.42 m2 2. Existing office 118.42 m2 3. Doctor: 1 NP: 1. Surgery with an area of 61.66 m2. NP: 2. Surgery with an area of 61.66 m2 3. NP: 3. Surgery with an area of 61.66 m2 The connection of these two buildings will be provided just the barrier -free communication route. The dimensions of the existing building, extension and communication routes are included in Annex 1 of this Zd. The contracting authority sets out the date of the tour of the place of implementation of the public contract, where the participant can see more detailed, or to measure or supplement the existing documentation. (see No. 7 of this ZD).
