- The subject of the contract is the development of the project for the construction of the "Special Primary School, Kindergarten and Primary School in Usti nad Orlici - Realization of energy savings" in the stages of documentation for a building permit, possibly for a joint permit and documentation for commissioning/implementation of construction.
As part of the processing of the project documentation, suitablen measures to reduce the building's energy demand and a new heating method will be proposed for the assumed condition, incl. suitable heat source, which will be based on the Heating Study of Special Primary Schools, Kindergartens and Practical Schools in Usti nad Orlici prepared in March 2023.on the remaining old windows (approx. 10% of the total area of the windows), ceiling insulation or roof, insulation of perimeter walls, provision of effective (external) window shading, provision of energy-saving air exchange. The new solution of the heating system is assumed to be hot water, as a source of heat with regard tounrealistic implementation of the gas pipeline connection, he is considering a heat pump or an automatic pellet boiler.ation, if it will be advantageous).
Part of the performance is also the provision of necessary survey work and engineering work.
The project documentation for the implementation of the construction will be divided into two separate parts:
