Description:
The subject of the public order "Development of project documentation for the construction of a multi-functional building with accommodation capacity for members of the IZS and with a departure base of the Medical Ambulance Service of the City of Prague, Kotevni Street, Prague 5" is:
•Processing and updating all necessary surveys by work;
• Making a construction study;
•Preparation of documentation for the issuance of a permit for the plan to remove the structure in accordance with the provisions of § 184 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended and in accordance with other applicable regulations, incl. Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation;
• Engineering (procurement) activity for issuing a decision removal of a building permit in accordance with the Building Act;
•Preparation of documentation for the issuance of planning permission in terms of provisions of § 184 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended and in accordance with other applicable regulations, incl. Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., o construction documentation;
•Engineering (procurement) activity for issuing a decision building permit in accordance with the Building Act;
•Processing of documents for construction assignment in the form of Design + Build;
•Performance of copyright supervision during construction in accordance with § 161 paragraph 2 of the Construction Act.
