- The contracting authority had previously drawn up the documentation for issuing the decision on the location of the construction (DUR) solving the building of the indoor pool and the area of the adjacent swimming pool, including other outdoor buildings (Annex 9 of the tender documentation published on the contracting authority's profile).Decisions on the location of the building (which consists of Annex 8 of the tender documentation). The contracting authority originally decided to realize stages, but now it intends to obtain a single building permit for the whole construction and subsequently realize the entire construction.
The task of a selected supplier will now be:
- Processing project documentation for building permits, including engineering activities, consisting in the provision of all necessary documents for the processing of project documentation and building permits, including the provision of binding opinions and statements of the authorities and owners concernedPublic transport and technical infrastructure
- processing and submission of change (supplementation) of the application for the issue of building permit
- processing of project documentation for the construction of the construction, including an inventory of works with a bill of basis
- ensuring author supervision on the construction under the processed documentation.
