- The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation for the authorization of the project and documentation for the award/implementation of the construction to the extent of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and Act No. 134/2016 Coll. For the construction of "community housing - Česka Třebova". The subject of the contract is also the performance of the activities of the designer pursuant to Section 161 (2) of the Building Act over the compliance of the built -up building with a verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation.
