Description:
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of complete project documentation for the construction of two new buildings with adequate facilities for scientific and technical workers. The buildings will contain production spaces and administrative spaces. The client assumes that the material should be concept objectsany so that they are suitably integrated architecturally among the existing buildings in the given locality, or on the JU campus in the Čtyři Dvory locality. In the future, the layout of the buildings should also allow possible additions for the further development of research areas. The subject of the performance of the VZ is also the performance of copyright supervision afterthe duration of the event.
Building A SMART AGRITECH Application Pavilion: The building will be conceived as one unit, but it can be made up of two parts (a large hall with a height of approx. 3 floors and spaces for research in cooperation with companies).
Building B NEW HALL CONSTRUCTION FOR UAOV FROV JU in c.u. Česke Budějovice 2: twofloor hall with a total built-up area of approx. 500 m2 (dimensions 15 x 33 m). Adjoining the hall should be an experimentally reinforced, fenced area of approx. 150 m2 and a connection to the infrastructure and parking spaces on the campus of the University of South Bohemia in Česke Budějovice. The paved area will be used forcultivation of duckweed and algae. It will be used as a denitrification bed or for other technologies for the treatment of produced wastewater or sludge. Over parts of the paved area, we assume roofing with a light polycarbonate structure.
