• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is also the preparation of project documentation for the equipment of the subject building according to the client's request in the scope of drawing the internal equipment in the floor plan of the projected building at the level of documentation for the implementation of the construction incl. processing specification and list of deliveries of projected equipment for the purpose of its use as part of the tender documentation of public contracts for the procurement of internal equipment. Part of the performance of the public contract is also the provision of the necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary to obtain a joint permit and also engineering activities including, in particular, discussions with the relevant authorities and participants in the proceedings, where the result must be uncontradictory positive opinions on the project documentation. Scope of project documentation:- processing of the energy audit of the building - processing of project documentation for permission to demolish the existing building, including documentation for construction (demolition) - solution of connecting roads for pedestrian and car traffic - project documentation for the issuance of planning permission (hereinafter referred to as DPZ) - project documentation for building construction (hereinafter referred to as DPS) - project documentation for technology and internal equipment Architectural and related services
