• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation in stages of documentation for planning permission and documentation for commissioning/implementation of construction in the sense of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, its implementing decrees and Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended, and its implementing regulations. The subject of the public contract is also the processing of project documentation for the equipment of the building in question according to the customer's request in the scope of drawing the internal equipment to floor plan of the projected building at the level of documentation for building construction incl. preparation of the specification and list of deliveries of the designed equipment for the purpose of its use as part of the tender documentation of public contracts for the procurement of internal equipment. Included the fulfillment of a public order also includes the provision of the necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary for obtaining a joint permit, as well as engineering activities including, in particular, discussions with the authorities concerned and participants in the proceedings, the result of which must be uncontradictory positive opinions on the project documentation.
