Description:
The subject of this small -scale public contract for services awarded in accordance with Section 6 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, in A valid wording (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") is the elaboration of project documentation on the basis of a proposal of the concept of solutions according to Annex 1. The project concerns the extension a Extension of the existing building No. 526 on the corner of Masarykova streets and 17 November in Roztoky near Prague, to parc. No. 1270, c. The aim of the contracting authority is to expand the existing building with an area of 816.19 m2 of the floor area with another 5 new surgeries with facilities for doctors and include in the project I barrier -free approaches. The division of the existing building with subsequent extension should look like: 1 NP existing pharmacy 118.42 m2 2. Existing office 118.42 m2 3. doctor: 1. NP: 1. Surgery with an area of 61.66 m2.
