Description:
The subject of the public contract is to draw up project documentation (in the required levels) for the construction of the new Rosicka - 0. Stage.
Entering the project Nova Rosicka - 0. Stage focuses on the preparation of infrastructure in the new thorny district, in the future pre -pre -station area of the new main Brno railway station. The main objective of this stage is to build backbone utilities, especially hot water, water supply, sewage and rainwater sewer, heavy -current and low -voltage wiring, preparation for blue -green infrastructure.
Out of listed, temporary paved areas are implemented to allow access and operation during further construction following this road.
The project also takes into account the need for coordination with other projects in this area as: Pelni tram, Rampa demolition on the roof of Uan Zvonařka, demolition of the mechanization center of the railway administration, boulevard, demolition of the former ČSAD area, Uhelna Street, implementation of flood protection measures IX, X, XI including removal of BVV siding and piece tracks, architectural study of the new main railway station Brno and other intentions.
Upon completion of the 0 stage, the 1st stage will follow the final version of the surfaces - roads, cycle paths, sidewalks, Reinforced surfaces and landscaping without tram. The tram line, including stops, will be included in the 2nd stage of the new Rosicka.
The Contractor shall ensure the following activities:
