Description:
The subject of the full public contract is the processing of the energy performance certificate of buildings (according to PENB only) for buildings owned by the statutory city of Pardubice located in locations on the city's land. PENB will be processed in such a way that they meet the requirements arising from the fulfillment of the current first prescription, especially the law. 406/2000 Coll., on economic energy, in the form of later regulations, and according to the conditions established by the decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. 264/2020 Coll., on the energy efficiency of buildings, as amended by later regulations.
