- The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation at the stage for issuing a joint permit and at the stage for the implementation of construction for the revitalization of the Těšin Theater building, which is based on two studies, one of which is for the reconstruction of the observatory and the other for the solution of entrance and visitor projectsthe edge of the theater building. The scope of the order also includes the EPS project, air conditioning in the theater hall, modernization of administrative spaces and facilities of the artistic ensembles of the Czech and Polish Scenes, as well as the revitalization of the theater courtyard, the design of the roof terrace and the vegetated roof at the observatory.
