- Development of the PD 'Revitalization of the Tessin theater building' III.
Description of the contract: The subject of the public order is the preparation of project documentation at the stage for issuing a joint permit and at the stage for carrying out construction for the revitalization of the Tessin theater building, which is based on two studies, of whichthe first for the reconstruction of the observatory and the second for the design of the entrance and visitor areas of the theater building. Further, the subject of the order is the EPS project, air conditioning in the theater hall, modernization of the administrative premises and grounds of the artistic ensembles of the Czech and Polish scenes, as well as the revitalization of the theater courtyard, the proposalstress terraces and vegetated roofs at the observatory. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the annexes to the procurement documentation.Services
