- The subject of the public order is the creation of project documentation regarding the reconstruction and addition of the Žatec Hospital building at the address: Husova 2796, 438 01 Žatec:
"Reconstruction and addition no. 1181 Žatec Hospital" on the plots of parc. No. 1344, 4007, 3724, 5609/11 in the Žatec Administrative Office
This is the construction of a projectdocumentation for zoning decisions, project documentation for building permits, project documentation for building construction and selection of a building contractor, and project documentation for the supply and installation of interior equipment.
The subject of this public contract is also the execution of related engineeringactivities, author's supervision and other activities that are defined in this ZD and its annexes, especially in the draft contract for the preparation of project documentation, the performance of author's supervision and engineering activities for the construction project "Reconstruction and completion no. 1181 Žatec Hospital".
