The subject of the Public Procurement consists of the following sub-performance:
- Creation of the list of agglomerations, including the preparation of the map background and the assessment of the state of these agglomerations,
- definitionEconomic costs for them,
- proposal for legislative modifications for the implementation (transposition) of the directive,
- proposal for the methodology for ensuring the fulfillment of the relevant articles of the Directive, identifying directives of the entities concerned and the proposal of specific solutions in the agglomerations concerned for energy self-sufficiency(Art.For implementation of the Directive.
