Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the preparation of forest management guidelines for forest owners in the management district of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm with validity from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2036 in the jurisdiction of the client as a municipality with extended jurisdiction for legal and physical persons owning forests with a total area of less than 50 ha in the administrative territory of the ORP Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, with the exception of those who, in accordance with the provisions of § 24 paragraph 3 of Act No. 289/1995 Coll., on forests, as amended, commission the processing of a forest management plan, according to the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic) No. 84/1996 Coll., on forest economic planning and the valid methodology of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic for forest economic curricula in compliance with the information standard of forestry approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic for relevant year.
