Description: It is a over -limit public contract for services within the meaning of Section 14 (2) and Section 25 of the Public Procurement Act, awarded in accordance with §3 (a). b) and §56 of the ZZVZ in an open proceedings. The subject of the public contract is: a) Complete delivery of hardware and software components and their configurations for ensuring copying, scanning and print services for THMP employees. It is therefore the installation and configuration of multifunctional copying machines and connection of all components to the existing secure printing system; (b) lease of multifunctional copying machines (hereinafter also "equipment"), in the form of operational leasing for 60 months; (c) cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used in its own installation in accordance with the provisions of Act 185/2001 Coll., On Waste, as amended from the place of performance; d) Providing service services on copying machines (hereinafter referred to as “service work”) including the supply of spare parts and the appropriate consumables (except paper).
