- The subject of the public order is the supply of consumables for printing and multifunctional devices in the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions. The list of items requested by the contracting authority of the subject of the public contract is given in Annex No. 1 HDZD.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is continuous supplies ofmaterial (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") to HP, Canon and Epson printers (hereinafter also referred to as "printers"), to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions specified in Appendix No. 1 of the HDZD - "Sample basket of consumables, price offer " and specified in more detail in Annex No. 3 HDZD - "Business conditions of VZP ČR in smaccording to the binding text of the framework agreement".
