- The subject of the public order is the supply of consumables for printing and multifunctional devices in the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions. The subject of the performance of the public order is the continuous supply of original consumables, i.e. consumables (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") produced byby the manufacturer of printers and other printing equipment (hereinafter referred to as "printers"), for which the consumables are intended.
These are consumables for HP, OKI, UTAX and Konica Minolta printers in the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions specified in Appendix no. 1 HDZD "Sample basket of consumables, price offer" and more specifically specified in Appendix No. 3 HDZD "Business conditions of VZP ČR in the sense of the binding text of the framework agreement".
