Description:
The subject of performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement") is the processing of the project documentation for the construction of the construction (DPS), including the statement of the area and the control budget for the new gym building and the follow -ups and professional classrooms in the premises of the elementary school. The documentation will serve as The basis for awarding a public contract for the contractor of the construction and as a realization documentation for the implementation of construction work.
In the past, the project documentation for building permits according to the then effective Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll. A joint authorization of the project (building permit) issued and on the basis of which the demanded documentation for the construction will be drawn up. In connection with this documentation, it is now necessary to process the project documentation for the construction of the construction, already in accordance with the currently effective legislation according to Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll. The documentation will be used for the purposes of the tender for the selection of the general contractor and at the same time as a basis for its implementation.
The public contract also includes ensuring the performance of the author's supervision of the designer to ensure the correct coordination of the construction with Approved project documentation, solving possible technical issues during implementation and ensuring compliance with the work with project documentation.
