- The subject of the public contract is:
• Prevention of the generation of biodegradable municipal waste through home composters for citizens who live in family houses with a garden and are involved in the municipal waste management system.
• Construction/expansion of infrastructure for the prevention ofniche of disposable tableware or disposable packaging, e.g.: disposable drinking cups, disposable food containers (disposable boxes, plates, bowls, trays, disposable cutlery, etc.), disposable resealable beverage containers (disposable bottles, etc.), and other types of disposable dishes and oblol There will be acquisition of reusable dishes and packaging, infrastructure for their storage and washing, and other equipment leading to a reduction in the production of disposable packaging and dishes.dpadu (collection of biodegradable municipal waste (MBW), plastics, paper, glass, metals, textiles, bulky waste and beverage cartons).
Delivery must include all costs associated with delivery to the place of fulfillment, i.e. transportation of goods/equipment to the place of fulfillment, training of workers, etc.
Delivered goods/inthe equipment must be new, unused and must meet all requirements of the relevant generally binding legal regulations, technical standards, applicable regulations and standards for these products.
