Description: The subject of the public contract is to draw up project documentation for the construction of the SO 40_Pavilon "UP" _Pavilon Urgent medicine of the Kolín Regional Hospital, a.s., Hospital of the Central Bohemian Region, including urgent income, operating rooms, central sterilization, ambulance, refreshments and other related operations. The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the preparation of the project consisting of the focus (or home) of the existing state and related acts, as well as the elaboration of project documentation consisting of documentation for construction, documentation for awarding of construction as a public contract under Act No. 183/2006 Coll. , as amended and Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., as amended and the provision of cooperation and consultation in the construction of the construction, ie. Ensuring author supervision.
