- The subject of the public contract is the provision of complete services and services connected with the preparation and organization of the May Conference (hereinafter referred to as the "conference"), which will take place in May 2024 in the conference premises in Brno, and the related social evening in the premises of the New Town Hall in Brno (hereinafter referred to as"Gala evening").
The subject of the public contract is mainly:
a) provision of electronic registration of conference participants (expected number 180 people), collection of the participant conference fee;
b) provision of conference premises, including catering services;
c) accommodation services for selected speakers (expected number 10 speakers in 10 separate rooms);
e) provision of parking for selected speakers and guests;
f) organization of the conference, provision of conference roomsh materials;
g) preparation and provision of space for the Gala Evening;
h) catering services for the Gala Evening;
i) acquisition of photo documentation. 2016 Collection for the provision of new services consisting of repeating obtemporary services as in this public contract.
Minimum requirements for the subject of the public contract, including a reserved change of commitment, are defined by the technical, commercial and other contractual conditions that are specified in the Call for Tenders dated 11/28/2023 and their annexes . - Documents :
