- The subject of the public contract is the provision of complete services and services connected with the preparation, organization and ensuring the proper course of the Conference on Public Support (hereinafter referred to as the "conference"), which will take place from 12/06/2024 to 13/06/2024 at the headquarters of the contracting authority in Brno, as well as a social eventra in the premises of Arnold's villa, Drobneho 299/26, 602 00 Brno (Brno City Museum, contribution organization), which will take place on 12 June 2024 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Gala Evening") .
The subject of the public contract is mainly:
a) provision of electronic registration of conference participants, account selectionstnica conference fee;
b) organization of the conference;
c) provision of interpretation;
d) acquisition of photo documentation;
e) catering services;
f) preparation and provision of space for the Gala evening;
g) accommodation services for selected speakers and transportation of selected of lecturers to the venue and back.
ForThe provider anticipates the following numbers of conference participants:
a) the estimated number of conference participants is 130 people;and.
Minimum requirements for the subject of the public contract are defined by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are specified in the Call for Tenders dated 19/02/2024 and their annexes. - Documents :
