- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the development of an energy efficiency certificate for buildings (hereinafter referred to as PENB) that are owned by the Regional Hospital T. Bati, a.s.
With this invitation, the contracting authority does not specify a further detailed procedure for the preparation of these certificates, however, it assumes that these certificates will meet theall requirements of Act No. 318/2012 Coll., which amends Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended and relevant implementing decrees (especially Decree No. 78/2013 Coll., on the energy performance of buildings ). Up to the total bid price for the performance of this service by the contractor eitherou reflected all his costs (efforts) spent mainly on data processing and technical parameters into the resulting certificates of energy performance of buildings. All available documents (project documentation, technical reports, floor plans, sections, etc.) for the assessed buildings will be provided by the client.The method of pricing permits for the entire group of properties in demand (34 buildings).
The subject of this public order is the services of a contractor who will evaluate the necessary data for the Regional Hospital T. Bati, a.s.documentation) certificates of the energy performance of buildings.
The client requests that the contractor be convinced of the condition of the buildings for which he will process the certificates directly physically on site, i.e. to carry out an inspection of the relevant buildings.
The client requests that the services provided by the contractor include. all activities related to the evaluation of available data (including possible measurements for individual objects), as well as the subsequent evaluation and final processing of the obtained data in the form of a certificate of the energy performance of the building, including the possible processing of all necessary annexes.
Detailed seznam and the basic identification of buildings in the property of Regional Hospital T. Bati, a. s., for which the card is to be processed, are listed in Appendix No. 1 - list of buildings. - Documents :
