- Description:
- 2.1 The contracting authority intends to carry out a public contract for the service and maintenance of common electrical appliances in the Ostrava University of Applied Sciences and, taking into account the complexity and nature of the subject of performance, decided to use the possibility of conducting a preliminary market consultation in accordance with § 33 ZZVZ. The purpose of preliminary market consultation (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is the acquisition of relevant and objective information about market opportunities, available technical solutions and the range of potential suppliers. The intention of the contracting authority is to get an idea of the method and setting of business cooperation with supplier and the setting of non-discriminatory technical parameters that will enable the selection of the most suitable supplier of the public contract. 2.2 PTK will be conducted in such a way that it does not disrupt economic competition or the principles of awarding public contracts in the sense of § 6 ZZVZ. 2.3 PTK all suppliers who deliver or could deliver the subject of the public contract specified in more detail in Article 3 of this call and its appendices can participate, or are considering or could consider submitting an offer in the procurement procedure for the public tender in question contract.
