- The purpose of this announcement is to call for submission of information as part of the preliminary market consultation for the planned above-limit public contract for supplies entitled Supply of technology for cooking and pasteurization of ready-made meals using microwave radiation. The subject of the contract being prepared is the delivery and installation of new technologie (technological unit) for cooking - pasteurizing food using microwave radiation at the contractor's premises at the address Žarošicka 4321/26, Brno - Židenice, zip code 628 00, located on land lot no. 7652/60, item no. 8753/5 and item no. 8896/3 in c.u. Jewess. The newly acquired production line should be assembledof two main parts, namely (i) a sealing machine and (ii) a microwave tunnel with a conveyor for manual loading of products. The minimum required performance of the sealing machine is 8-10 pieces (packages)/minute at 8 bar of compressed air. The minimum required power of the microwave tunnel is on average alup to 10 pieces (package)/minute (400 g package at a temperature of 55 C). The required minimum power of the microwave tunnel is 36kW. Equipment and processes must be designed for an ambient temperature in the minimum range of 15C to 25C. The technology must be able to use an Internet connection using an Ethernet cable. The delivery will also include a communication module and thermal sensors. The resulting product - ready-made food made of purely plant-based ingredients must allow for an expiration of at least 50 days from production in a refrigerated state.
