- The subject of the public contract is the upgrade, supply and implementation of the economic information system for economic and personnel agendas (hereinafter referred to as "ERP") on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, including the development of integration links and any customer modifications, subsequent development and provision of support services. Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech s.r.o., Iฤ: 258 20, is the supplier of the existing ERP client, including the payroll module, built on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform. 826, with registered office at U plynรกrny 1002/97, Michle, 101 00 Prague 10 (hereinafter referred to as "KMITS"; the existing ERP including the existing wage module hereafter referred to as the "Existing ERP"). The existing ERP is the copyright of KMITS. The client requests an upgrade of the Existing ERP, including it transfer to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform and configuration of this platform, all so that the end state meets the requirements of the contracting authority set out in the tender documentation and its annexes, i.e. the requirements for the Solution, while the participant of the procurement procedure will also present a document confirmed by KMITS in its offer, which will show the supplier's authorization to carry out all necessary modifications to the Existing ERP to the extent that it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the public contract. With this the document can be, in particular, the subcontract concluded with the KMITS company in the sense of the "Commitment to provide cooperation to suppliers in the procurement procedure", which forms an appendix to the procurement documentation.
