Faculty of Medicine, Charles University prepares procurement conditions in a public contract for the supply of a new genomic sequenator (hereinafter referred to as "Public Procurement"). It is an apparatus for analyzing the sequence of the whole human genome, where appropriate, its selected parts, analyzing the epigenetic modifications of the human genome and gene activity analysis. For the above reasons, the contracting authority is carried out by a preliminary market consultation (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") in accordance with Section 33 of the Act in order to obtain more detailed information on the supply of genomic sequencers, taking into account current market options, ie. In particular on the technical parameters-specifications of supply, the estimated value, the current delivery time, business conditions, including warranty and post-warranty service, etc.
