Description: The Contracting Authority expects to announce a public tender with the expected name: "Provider of legal services for Mephared 2" and select a supplier based on it, which will provide the Contracting Authority with comprehensive legal support and legal advice on all issues of the Charles University Education and Research Center project in Hradec Králové (Mephared 2) (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”).
The prepared tender conditions of the Public Contract will be presented by the Contracting Authority using the law pursuant to Section 33 of the Public Procurement Act, ie by conducting this preliminary market consultation (“Consultation”). The contracting authority in cooperation with HVH Legal advokátní kancelář s.r.o. addresses an unlimited range of potential suppliers to obtain information relevant to the forthcoming Public Contract.
