- The aim of the public contract is to conclude an insurance contract in the event of a legal regulation stipulated by liability for harm to another in particular in connection with the operation of non -public rail transport pursuant to Act No. 266/1994 Coll., On Railways, as amended ( activities arising from the subject of business and the subject of the activities specified in the extract from the Commercial Register. The contracting authority as part of the PTK asks - answering the questions listed in Annex 1 - Information documents and a questionnaire for preliminary market consultation. The aim of the PTK is to get an overview in a transparent way on the current market situation, suppliers' possibilities, and clarifying the questions necessary for the implementation of the public contract.
