- The subject of the Public Contract under consideration will be the provision of services for guaranteeing the payment of claims compensation from deposits based on the framework agreement and subsequent calls for performance.
Due to the expiry of the existing framework agreement, the contracting authority is considering concluding a new framework agreement with a similar subject of performance, namely with onem by the supplier.
The primary purpose of the preliminary market consultation is to verify the appropriateness of the considered procurement conditions of the upcoming Public Contract. Verification of the selected conditions and requirements of the Contracting Authority will take place primarily using a questionnaire that the Contracting Authority will send to potential suppliers who willparticipate in the preliminary market consultation and confirm their interest in participation by the date below.
