Description: Czech Railways, A.S. (hereinafter referred to as "ČD, A.S.") is currently preparing procurement procedure to measure the 1216 Series electrical locomotives used (ES64U4) in up to 15 pcs. The goal of the company of Czech Railways, A.S. is to take measures to use such locomotives to operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Germany and Hungary, wherein the more specifications of these locomotives are listed in Annex 1. In order to find out the market situation, inform the market of the contracting authority and prepare intelligible and professional quality tender terms of the tender procedure, ČD, as They decided to realize a preliminary market consultation. The subject of the market consultation is to find out current market opportunities for buying out the electrical locomotive.
