Preliminary market consultation with carriers conducted with the aim of preparing tender conditions and informing potential suppliers and relevant entities on the market about the intentions and requirements of the Contracting Authority for the performance of public contracts in the area of ensuring rail transport in the regions of both regions.
Subject to preparationsof the public contract "Selection of a carrier for the conclusion of a contract for public services in the transport of passengers by rail on selected lines by large-capacity electric units" is the provision of transport services by the selected carrier in the territory of the Clients, in the basic scope, especially on the followingon the following routes and lines:
- Česky Brod Prague Beroun (line S7)
- Prague-Veleslavin Kladno-Ostrovec (lines S5, R45)
- Prague-Veleslavin Prague-Vaclav Havel Airport (line S55)
- Prague Pořičany Kolin Kutna Hora hl. n. (lines S1 and R41).ouva also extended to other selected lines or sections, in particular:
- Prague Masarykovo nadraži Prague-Veleslavin (lines S5, S55, R45)
- Kutna Hora hl. n. Kutna Hora město (line R41)
- Prague Mlada Boleslav (line R48)
The contract for public services in the transport of passengers will be with the selected dopravcem concluded on the basis of the implemented bidding process in accordance with § 10 et seq. Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in passenger transport and on the amendment of other regulations, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVS").
